1. The service
ssstiktok.live is a technical tool that lets you download, cut or record videos, lives and posts that are publicly available on TikTok, from a link, for personal use. By using the service, you accept these terms.
The service does not keep any content: a ready file stays available for 10 minutes, never more than 30 minutes after processing ends, and it is deleted 5 minutes after a complete download. Download your files within that time: they cannot be recovered afterwards.
2. Content you have the right to download
Use the service only for content you have the right to download and reuse: your own content, content for which the rights holder has given you permission, or uses permitted by law (for example private copying), within the limits set by applicable law.
You alone are responsible for how you use the files obtained, in particular for sharing them. The service does not transfer any rights in the content to you: it remains the property of its authors.
3. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited:
- to bypass a technical protection measure, an access control or a download restriction (private, subscriber-only, paid or geo-restricted content);
- to download, reproduce or share content in breach of copyright, related rights, image rights or the privacy of others;
- to automate access to the service (bots, scripts, bulk requests) or to bypass its usage limits (daily limit);
- to disrupt the service or to try to access files or data that are not intended for you.
4. No affiliation with TikTok
ssstiktok.live is an independent service. It is not affiliated with TikTok, nor endorsed, sponsored or operated by TikTok, ByteDance or their affiliates. TikTok is a trademark of its owner, mentioned only to indicate which service the tool works with.
5. Minimum age and access
The service is reserved for people aged 16 or over.
The service is used without an account, sign-up or sign-in. To prevent abuse, use is limited to 20 operations per day.
6. Availability and no warranty
The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and as available. It depends on TikTok, which may change or block access to its content at any time: no result, quality or availability period is guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damage, nor for the loss of a file deleted when its availability period expires. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory legal provisions, in particular as a consumer.
7. Suspension
The operator may limit, suspend or remove access to the service or to an account, and refuse to process certain links, in the event of a breach of these terms, abusive use, a report of manifestly illegal content or a request from a competent authority.

To report illegal content or an infringement of your rights, use the report form.
9. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page when you use the service.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by: Droit marocain. Failing an amicable solution, any dispute falls under: [Competent courts], subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
