To use ssstiktok.live as a TikTok profile downloader, go to the Profile page, type a username (with or without the @) or paste a profile link, and tap View profile. The account’s public videos appear in a grid. Sort them by Recent or Popular, then download the video you want as MP4, or tap Cut to trim it into clips or save the audio as MP3.
It’s the easiest way to find a specific video when you remember the creator but not the post. Here’s how it works, what it can and can’t do, and how to fix common errors.
What the Profile page does
- Shows a creator’s public videos in a grid, with thumbnails, durations, dates and view counts.
- Lets you sort by Recent or Popular and load older posts with one tap.
- Lets you download any video in full, or open it in the editor to cut clips.
- Shows a Live badge when the account is streaming, with a button to record it.
What it doesn’t do: it doesn’t download a whole profile in one click, it doesn’t show private accounts, and it can’t download photo posts.
How to use the TikTok profile downloader
1. Enter the username or profile link
Open the Profile page. Type the username, like @creatorname or just creatorname, or paste the profile link (tiktok.com/@creatorname). The field on the home page accepts usernames too.
2. Tap “View profile”
The profile opens with the account’s name and a grid of its public posts.
3. Sort and scroll
Use Sort to switch between Recent (newest first) and Popular (most viewed first). Tap Load more at the bottom to see older posts.
4. Pick a video and choose an action
Each post in the grid has two buttons:
- the download button saves the whole video as MP4. The video is prepared, then the download starts on its own;
- Cut opens the video in the editor, with the player, the timeline and a countdown for how long the file stays on the server.
5. Cut clips if you need them
In the editor, set a Start and End, tap + Add clip, pick MP4 or MP3, and tap Export. The Download the full video button is there too if you change your mind.

Record a creator’s live from their profile
If the account is streaming, a Live badge appears on the profile with a Record this live button. Tap it to start recording right away. Keep the page open until the file downloads, and remember that recordings stop at 2 hours. Our guide to recording TikTok lives explains the full process.
Good ways to use the Profile page
- Find a video you saw weeks ago. Sort by Recent and scroll back instead of searching TikTok.
- Pick a creator’s best content. Sort by Popular to see their most-viewed posts first.
- Back up your own account. Browse your own public videos and download the ones you want to keep.
- Check whether someone is live before you open the TikTok app.
What you see on each post
Each tile in the grid shows the video’s thumbnail, its duration, the post date and, when TikTok provides it, the view count. On photo posts, the Cut and download buttons are grayed out, since those posts can’t be downloaded or cut. When you open a video, the editor shows who posted it and when, so you can double-check you picked the right one.

Both lead to the same editor, with the same options: full MP4 download, clips, MP3 and ZIP. The only difference is how you find the video.
Tips
- Browsing is free. Viewing a profile, sorting and loading more posts doesn’t use an operation. Only opening a video or recording a live does.
- Plan your picks. The site is free and needs no sign-up, but a daily anti-abuse limit applies to the videos you open, so choose the ones that matter most.
- Download each video before opening the next. Every file stays on the server for 10 minutes after it’s ready (longer while the editor is open, up to 30 minutes), then it’s deleted.
- Use Popular for long-running creators. Profiles with hundreds of posts are easier to explore by popularity than by scrolling back months.
Common problems
“No public posts.” The account has no public videos, it’s private, or everything posted is a photo post. Private accounts can’t be browsed.
“Photo posts can’t be cut.” Photo posts and slideshows appear in the grid but can’t be downloaded or cut. Only videos can.
The username isn’t found. Check the spelling. TikTok usernames contain only letters, numbers, dots and underscores. Copying the profile link from TikTok avoids typos.
The Live badge doesn’t show, but the creator is live. The live check can fail when TikTok limits requests. Try the live link directly on the Live page, or refresh in a few minutes.
“TikTok is blocking access to this content from our server.” A temporary limit on TikTok’s side. Wait a few minutes and try again.
“Too many requests in a short time.” Wait a few minutes before retrying.
Public doesn’t mean free to reuse
ssstiktok.live is not affiliated with TikTok. A public profile means anyone can watch the videos, not that anyone can reuse them.
